  • Weekly video assessment and emailing, texting or calls with the program creator (Answer questions, alter cues and techniques, on-the-spot adjustment etc.)

  • A structured periodised plan focusing on powerlifting (Including conditioning if required)
  • Complementary tailored flexibility plan,
  • Prescribed loads in kg’s (No calculating needed)
  • Working set ranges (Caters for good and bad days)
  • Weekly video assessment and emailing, texting or calls with the program creator (Answer questions, alter cues and techniques, on-the-spot adjustment etc.)
